Booking your Outcall / In-Home Massage

The first step in making an appointment is to have a phone conversation. We will discuss your previous massage experience, match your treatment goals with the right outcall therapist, go over the set and setting of your massage space to ensure an optimal massage, and cover any other questions you may have. This conversation is necessary to ensure the safety of our outcall therapists - thank you for understanding.


Once you have booked your in-home massage appointment, you will receive an email with links to a digital Health History form (as back up, your therapist will have a paper copy on the day). Please complete this form prior to the day of your appointment so that your therapist is informed of any pertinent information and to ensure your appointment starts on-time. 

On the day of your Massage:

You will receive a text reminder the morning of your appointment. 

15 minutes before your appointment time, your therapist will send you a text upon arrival. Your therapist will provide a massage table, sheets, music/speaker and emollient. Please make sure that space is cleared and relaxing ambiance is set beforehand.


Once the table is set-up and your intake is finished, your therapist will step out of the treatment space to wash their hands - during this time, you may undress to your level of comfort and settle-in under the sheets. By law, draping is mandatory throughout the duration of your session. No private parts will be exposed during your appointment. Draping should feel secure. Please let your therapist know if adjustments to your draping need to be made at any point during your massage.


Both parties are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and ethical manor - which includes refraining from any sexually or otherwise inappropriate behavior, verbal and non-verbal communication and actions.


At the conclusion of your massage, your therapist will leave the room and allow you to get dressed before re-entering. Upon re-entry, you may discuss any questions or thoughts that may have arisen during your session and go over any homework that applies to your treatment plan.


Payment is taken via your credit card on file (we require first time clients to pre-pay). Tip may be added on to the card, provided in cash, or given through another digital means by your therapist (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc).


Your therapist will provide a plant-based, organic emollient. If you have any requests (due to preference or allergy) please let us know during your initial phone interview, and/or have your desired lotion or oil laid-out before your therapist arrives.


Your therapist will bring a speaker and have a few genres of treatment music to choose from. If you would like to use your own playlist and/or speaker system, please have it, and an AUX cord with dongle, ready beforehand. 


All major credit cards are accepted. Tips may be provided in cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or added onto your card on file.

If required, paid parking and/or Valet services will be added onto your session total.

Cancellations / Changes

Same day changes to your appointment will be allowed as therapist schedule permits. Full rate will still be charged for any amended session time.

Same day cancellations will be charged the full rate. No shows (i.e. no one home, forgot appointment, etc.) will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
